Spectra Lebanon Warranty Policy:

Products purchased directly from our website or one of our authorized stockists come with the Spectra Baby Lebanon manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that we do not support warranty claims on items ordered from overseas or unauthorized sellers. The authenticity of products can be easily verified using the serial number.

• S1 Plus and Dual Compact: These come with a 2-year warranty or 1500 hours, whichever comes first (1 year warranty on pump battery) from the date of purchase for the original owner. Proof of purchase is required.
• S9 Plus: This model offers a 1-year warranty (or 800 hours, whichever comes first).
• Accessories: All accessories accompanying your pump are backed by a 90-day manufacturer warranty from the purchase date. This warranty is based on the date of the first user's purchase.

What is Covered:

Our manufacturer warranty primarily covers material defects, assembly issues, and manufacturing faults.

What is not covered:

The warranty does not extend to lost or stolen items, or damage resulting from personal misuse or error. The protection primarily pertains to damage upon product arrival or malfunction during the specified warranty period. Spectra provides this warranty to the original buyer against defects in material or workmanship for the stipulated periods mentioned. Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to, damage from misuse, modifications, improper use, accidents, wear and tear, exposure to excess moisture, lightning, or other natural events. Additionally, unauthorized repairs or modifications made without Spectra Baby Lebanon's consent will void the warranty. Please note that this warranty and purchases are only valid within Lebanon.
